My stay was fab on our road trip from Portugal. The personnel was very nice, and the owner too. It was in a stunning and fantastic location in Northern Spain's National Park. My food was appetising.

The staff was welcoming and amiable and the owner too. That hotel was in an incredible location, away from stores. Moreover, it's just next door to the 'attached' restaurant-Ruperto, and ferry terminals.

A decent size unit with a microwave oven, a coffeemaker, and a refrigerator. What a stunning and incredible location in the region! Close to the 'attached' restaurant-Ruperto, Bilbao and Santander, and Northern Spain's National Park.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, even so everything was perfect. Got twin/double room as expected, really enjoyed it. Terrace view was a nice bonus. The location of this hotel very close to ferry terminals at Bilbao and Santander, and Bilbao was stunning and incredible. It also was in a beautiful setting.

We recently stayed at a hidden gem called Saiaritz and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was very nice with a lot of positive energy. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were beautifully designed with high-quality materials, like the rich wood flooring. The bathroom had luxurious shampoos and the breakfast was simply amazing. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to visit. We would definitely recommend Saiaritz to others and would love to stay there again if we're in the region.

We had an incredible stay at Saiaritz. The room was so comfortable with nice beds and luxurious linen. The highlight was definitely the fabulous shower. The views of the valley from our room were breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the attached restaurant, Ruperto. The atmosphere was perfect, and the portions were generous. The location was convenient, and the hotel had everything we needed. I highly recommend Saiaritz for a memorable and delightful stay.

Modern and well-equipped rooms that were comfortable and had fabulous showers. The friendly owners greeted us warmly and made us feel at home. The location was scenic, with beautiful views of the mountains in the natural park. the hotel was conveniently located on the route to the ferry terminals at Bilbao and Santander.

The restaurant and bar were not located in the same building as the hotel, which required a short walk. Although this was a pleasant walk, it may be inconvenient for some guests.

Nothing to dislike.

The beds were so comfy, I felt like I was floating on clouds. The room was spotless, I almost didn't want to touch anything. And the bathroom was bigger than my entire living room, luxurious!

Oh, how I loved the thrill of the patchy internet, will I be able to load a page or won't I? So exciting!
